Interested applicants should provide the following information:

- Affiliation
- Updated short CV with research interests
- Short motivation letter / why would you like attend to the school?
Participants are required to bring your own laptop to attend the hands-on sessions, and to indicate any dietary requirements or food intolerance.
The organizers will evaluate the application’s profile by matching with the requested prerequisites. You will be then contacted shortly to finalize registration and payment.
The registration fee is 800,00€ , which includes:
- Participation to the school
- Hands-on sessions with access to HPC cluster
- Access to all speakers’ presentations and teaching material
- Certificate of attendance
- Social events
- Welcome drink on Sunday evening
- Social dinner on Tuesday evening
- All lunches and coffee breaks during the school
Starting from this year, it is possible to recognize the school with “training credits” valid for the doctoral school, after the issue of your certificate of attendance, upon a minimum attendance of 80 % of the lessons.
This is possible upon an agreement between your Department and the school’s organizers.

The school will be provided on the basis of the achievement of the minimum number of enrolled participants.
Please note that the School organizer’s can not provide VISA letter for non-EU citizens. If required it’s possible to provide an invitation letter, upon request.
